What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and — only if you ask for an invoice — your billing details and tax identifiers. We also record the orders you place and the licence keys issued to you, because that is how we can replace a key later.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to issue an invoice where the law requires one, and to help you when something does not work. The phone number is used only for support.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Revolut. We never see or store your card number.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except where we are required to keep invoices for tax purposes.

Orders and invoices are kept for ten years, which is what tax law requires. Everything else is deleted when you ask.
