Refund policy

A key that does not work

If a licence does not activate and we cannot replace it, we refund you in full. Write to us with your order reference: there is no form to fill in.

An order not yet delivered

As long as the key has not been sent, you can cancel and be refunded in full.

A key already delivered

Once a key has been shown or sent to you, it cannot be returned: it is digital content that has been delivered. That is also why we say clearly, before you pay, exactly what each licence is.

This does not affect a key that turns out not to work: that one is replaced or refunded, always.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Card refunds usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank.
